These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 88cf ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the 88cf website located at 88cf.vip and all associated gaming, betting, and financial services offered therein.

Your 88cf account is personal to you and must not be shared with, transferred to, or used by any other person. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must:

• Use a strong, unique password for your 88cf account that is not used on any other platform.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS where available — this is strongly recommended.

88cf's total aggregate liability to any individual player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the claim.

88cf collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by 88cf — including your name, CNIC details, contact information, device data, and transaction history — is used for the following primary purposes:

• Suspicion of money laundering or use of proceeds from criminal activity.
• Account identified as belonging to a player under 21 years of age.
• At the player's own request via the self-exclusion tool or support team.
• Regulatory requirement or direction from a competent authority.

Where an account is suspended or terminated due to a suspected breach of these Terms, 88cf will conduct an internal investigation before a final determination is made. In the event of any dispute between you and 88cf arising from or relating to these Terms, your account, or any gaming activity conducted on the platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint being raised, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect that party's rights pending the outcome of arbitration.
